As a realtor in the South Bay as well as a parent, schools are very important to me.  My oldest daughter just started kindergarten in the Hermosa School District and I couldn't be happier.  Not only do the teachers seem to be terrific, but the parent involvement is unbelievable.  There are always 2 or 3 parents in the class functioning as helpers and assistant teachers keeping the ratio down, the kids interested, and the real teachers happy.  As school districts and individual schools are the driving force behind many decisions to move to the area, Hermosa is hard to beat.  If you have any questions or comments about the schools.....I'd love to hear from you.
